Events Coordinator
Rhiannon has worked in the events industry for a number of years and has extensive experience of working with some great people. This opportunity has taken Rhiannon all around the UK and into Europe most recently helping to coordinate a Great Days Golf client trip to La Manga, Spain.
Working in events has given Rhiannon the opportunity to meet many different people and to interact with plenty of sports lovers like herself. She has met and worked with a number of incredible people including Graeme Souness, Warren Gatland, Richie McCaw, James
Haskell and other sports stars. Rhiannon has excellent people skills and enjoys being able to meet new people and combine her passion for sport directly with the events industry .
Since working for Great Days Golf, her interest in golf has really developed and has encouraged her to begin her own golfing journey, which she has started. Very quickly this is now turning into a passion and you can check out her journey on the Great Days Golf TikTok channel.
As an ex-professional athlete herself, Rhiannon’s background in sport is that she was an elite Rhythmic Gymnast for Wales, and held a spot on the Commonwealth Games Squad for Glasgow 2014. At the age of 18 she had to retire from gymnastics due to injury but was determined to keep fit by running and going to the gym. She is excited to start her golfing journey and is looking forward to interacting with like-minded people who enjoy coming to the Great Days Golf events.
Rhiannon is excited to now combine her passion for sport, the events industry and her people to develop a career as an Events Coordinator with Great Days Golf.
